Bauma 2010:

Fliegl has a positive conclusion to the show and feels a spirit of optimism.

On Sunday a successful Bauma trade fair came to an end for Fliegl vehicle manufacturing. After a cautious beginning the number of visitors increased daily reaching its high point on the weekend. Not just the quantity was satisfying, but also the quality. CEO Helmut Fliegl quotes: “We secured significantly more requests for quotations at Bauma 2007, from which however we received very few orders. This year we had to handle significantly more actual sales enquires, which in part resulted in actual orders being paced at our exhibition stand.

All vehicles and offers that Fliegl presented at the Bauma, came from particular interest shown by our visitors. The TSK tandem trailer and the dumper semi-trailer COMPACT CONI light, the first member of the new conical trough dumper family, which will be presented in its entirety in the coming weeks, were of particular interest. Above all the public was fascinated by the innovative new canopy of the dumper; unique on the trade fair.

Fliegl’s Liftmaster is low loader semi-trailer that has been specially designed for the transport of working platforms. None of the competition showed a similar vehicle.

“Bauma 2010 occurred at a favorable time. We sensed that this industry sector had overcome the crisis, and confidently, with a certain new optimism wanted to get started”, said Helmut Fliegl.
