Since September 2006 Fliegl has offered the service "Plus" package for customers. With this package, the customer receives a four year extension of the guarantee on a Curtain Sided Semi-trailer.

 

Now Fliegl expands its guarantee package and offers customers who use this offer the choice of two additional options:

 

In the first option, the customer has full freedom to choose the tires of his Fliegl trailer. Without any additional cost, he can freely select between all tire makes offered in the Fliegl portfolio.

 

As a second option Fliegl offers the stabilizing program PDC (Pneumatic Damping Control). This variation is also available for customers at no additional cost.

The step-less variable Pneumatic Damping Control, PDC, is a load dependent damping system.
It offers, independent of loading, constant high security and stability under all load conditions. PDC provides significant reduction in noise levels, especially on unladen trips. The damping system does not only spares the driver and load, but also tires, superstructure and electronic components. PDC dampers are used in all vehicles with pneumatic suspension.

Towed vehicles (Semi-trailers and trailers), vehicles in distribution traffic and vehicles with pneumatically suspended rear axles and with high variations in loading belong to the main areas of use.

The risk of a failure is considerably diminished and the value of the Curtain Sided Semi-trailer is increased in any later resale. The guarantee is extended to four years and so offers an incomparable quality-guarantee. An important part of this is the preventive inspection and maintenance of the trailer.
Selected service partners guarantee dependable and professional care of the Curtain Sided Semi-trailer. With regular inspections small defects and problems can be found and fixed, before they become a major problem with associated high repair costs and long standing times.

The resulting inspection costs are covered with a one-time payment made by the customer at the commencement of the package, independent of how extensive the regular inspection is.
